6 Week Mindfulness Course (Royal Academy of Arts)

Following the success of the first course, we are delighted to running another one in the RA's temporary offices at Unilever House. Dates are Tuesday 12th, 19th & 26th Jan and 9th & 23rd Feb 2016. Staff can contact Laura Denton for more information.

A 6 week course designed by Michael Townsend Williams to help busy people get the benefits of mindfulness training in an accessible and sustainable way.

Hundreds of people have been on the course since 2011 with over 80% of attendees highly recommending it to others and finding significant improvements in wellbeing.

Each week focusses on a key aspect of mindfulness…

  • Breathing
  • Sensory awareness
  • Relaxation
  • Movement
  • Sitting

… and is supported by a workbook and audio tracks (available on CDs or online).

Courses are run in small groups of 10-20 people in London and the South West.
