6 Week Mindfulness Course (Open to all)

A 6 week course designed by Michael Townsend Williams to help busy people get the benefits of mindfulness training in an accessible and sustainable way.

Hundreds of people have been on the course since 2011 with over 80% of attendees highly recommending it to others and finding significant improvements in wellbeing.

Each week focusses on a key aspect of mindfulness…

  • Breathing
  • Sensory awareness
  • Relaxation
  • Movement
  • Sitting

… and is supported by a workbook and audio tracks (available on USB sticks and/or online).

Courses are run in small groups of 10-20 people in London and the South West. All courses include a signed copy of Michael's new book Do Breathe: Calm your mind. Find focus. Get stuff done.
