Mindfulness made easy. Will you invest 6 weeks in learning a transformational approach to your life?
The StillWorks 6 Week Mindfulness Course was created by me in 2009 following a series of stimulating coaching sessions with my first coach, the late Mark Lawrence. He was a stressed Corporate Lawyer in the middle of a career transformation including coaching and carbon technology consultancy. I was an ex-Ad man, now teaching yoga. Our time together became one of synthesis and he was my first ‘guinea pig’. It is through his encouragement that I made this a reality and am ever indebted to him.

The course is designed to be accessible, memorable and effective. Here is a basic outline.

Week 1 – Controlled breathing techniques.

Week 2 - Learning to be more aware of your senses.

Week 3 – Guided Relaxation.

Week 4 – Gentle Yoga & Mindful Movement.

Week 5 – Mindfulness Meditation.

Week 6 – Maintaining your personal practice.
