*Satsang literally means ‘where people meet in truth.’ We will meditate, chant ancient vedic tunes, and discuss yoga philosophy.

Top Tip - I would recommend reducing or eliminating caffeine, alcohol and meat from your diets leading up to the retreat for maximum physical, mental and spiritual benefits.
