Why practice Yoga? Simply put, Yoga makes you feel great – mentally, physcially amd emotionally. Every class includes work on the body, the breath, relaxation and mindfulness. Venues are warm, clean and comfortable – perfect for the practice of Yoga. I have trained with Sivananda and Innergy and continue to explore Yoga both through its classical roots and its modern expressions. Hatha Yoga works on all the systems of the body – muscular, skeletal, nervous, endocrine, circulation, digestive …- to give a feeling of deep wellbeing.

Many teachers like to sell their own brand of yoga, I encourage students to create their own! Ultimately you are your own best teacher. My mission is to help you realise that!
