Coaching for me is about Self Awareness. Finding out who you are, who you want to be taking into account your current reality, and cultivating a full awareness of you true abilities. With my sincere belief in the immense potential of every one, I try to coach from a ‘mind like water’ and hope to engender this attitude in my clients.
Sessions usually last one and half to two hours and involve my attentive & non-judgemental listening with practical and personalised advice where appropriate.
