Michael teaches yoga to individuals, groups and organisations in London and the South West where he is based in Bradford on Avon. His style is his own but draws on his experience with Sivananda Yoga and his teacher Faustomaria Dorelli. Each class is a blend of relaxation, breathing, dynamic and gentle exercises practiced with mindfulness and awareness.
