Alkaline Summer Salad

Serves 2


1 bag of baby spinach leaves 1 handful of rocket leaves 1 can of butterbeans (rinsed) 1 avocado 1 handful of crushed seeds & nuts (sesame, sunflower and pumpkin, walnuts, brazil nuts …) 2 tomatoes 1 red pepper Olive oil Lemon Small handful of chopped coriander Salt & black pepper


Simple really just chop it up and mix! A quick and easy way to make a healthy alkalising lunch or supper.
