  Sometimes we make things harder than they have to be.

Somehow the simple solutions lose our interest and we indulge ourselves in over complicating life.

Learning complex theories. Reading more and more books. Thinking. Calculating. Trying hard to work things out, find the right solution to whatever issue is troubling us.

That's when it’s time remember Om. Slowly and in a soft voice, start to chant OM. If you want just repeat it silently inside.

Whatever your state, whatever your issue you will automatically calm down when you chant OM.

Sweet simplicity. Sweet surrender.

Next time life is irritating you, you’re being pushed around on the tube, your children are fighting, your online supermarket order is someone else’s .... Remember the simplicity of Om.

You don't need complex mantras. You don't need  a 10-day vipassana retreat. You don’t even need a teacher.

Om.

Simple. Only two letters. A world of difference.
