Whenever to have something to do that takes 2 minutes or less, you just do it. Don't think about it. Don't write it down for later. Don't worry about it. Just do it. Whether it's a reply to an email, something to buy from Amazon, paper to file, something to find, someone to text, someone to call. Just do it.
