Whether you are on a short or long-haul flight these simple tips can help ensure you arrive at your destination feeling physically and mentally well.
1. Drink lots of water - before and during the flight.
2. Walk up and down the plane a few times to stretch out your legs - you might get some funny looks but who cares?
